Some websites with general wellbeing advice that may be helpful:
The General Medical Council has published a guide (gmc-uk.org) for doctors who believe their health may affect their ability to practise medicine, but it is useful for any doctor to read.
Some organisations offer self-referrals for counselling for mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety. One example is the Zion Centre in Manchester, where you can apply for counselling without a referral from your GP.
